The price of a kitten is $950, if we choose to grant breeding rights the price is $1500.
Deposit to be put on the waiting list is $250, nonrefundable.
Responsibilities of the Buyer:

1. The Buyer accepts the responsibility for the care and the welfare of this kitten / cat for the lifetime of the animal:
a. This kitten / cat will not be allowed outdoors unsupervised, to insure its health and safety.
b. This kitten / cat will receive regular vet visits, prompt veterinary care when needed.
c. This animal will be fed appropriate kitten / cat food and housed in a humane and comfortable manner. The suggested dry food for my Siberians is, Royal Canin Kitten chow. These kittens / cats have been fed, Royal Canin, and a diet of raw meat, NEVER canned food.
2. Buyer understands that this kitten / cat will be exposed to significant health risks if exposed to cats that are high-risk. High-risk cats are those that may not be vaccinated, are carriers of cat viruses, are allowed access to the outdoors, or have high-risk socialization patterns based on these behaviors.
3. Buyer understands that declawing is a mutilation and cruelty that may alter the kitten's / cat's temperament and health. Declawing your cat / kitten is considered breaking this contract and Breeder can and will reclaim kitten / cat without refund of purchase price .
4. All kittens will be altered by 6 months of age. NYSibercats only rarely sells kittens / cats for breeding. Registration papers will be held until a copy of a receipt from a licensed Veterinarian indicating that the animal has been altered has been received, and the procedure has been confirmed by NYSibercats.

5. NYSibercats must be contacted if at any time during the kitten's / cat's life the Buyer is unable to keep the kitten / cat. This kitten / cat will never be placed in an animal shelter. The Buyer agrees never to sell this kitten / cat or its offspring to, or through, any pet store, animal shelter, or for research.
6. Buyer must schedule a veterinary visit within 72 hours with his or her own vet.
7. Buyer agrees that if any of the terms of this agreement are violated, Breeder may reclaim this kitten / cat without refund of purchase price. The Buyer agrees to pay all court costs if this contract is litigated for any reason, and that any suit shall be filed and tried in New York under the laws of the state of New York.
8. All deposits are non refundable.

1. NYSibercats is providing you with a healthy, well-socialized kitten / cat. Specifically, you can expect:
a. It is free of Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV).
b. It is free of Parasites.
c.We are now a vaccine free cattery. If you choose to vaccinate your cat / kitten, it is your decision. Please, first read the information offered on vaccinosis.
6. Buyer must schedule a veterinary visit within 72 hours with his or her own vet.
7. Buyer agrees that if any of the terms of this agreement are violated, Breeder may reclaim this kitten / cat without refund of purchase price. The Buyer agrees to pay all court costs if this contract is litigated for any reason, and that any suit shall be filed and tried in New York under the laws of the state of New York.

e. If you have received a kitten / cat at a fee of $500, you ( the Buyer ) are responsible for shots ( if you choose to vaccinate ) and spay / neuter. No registration papers will be issued for these kittens.

2. Your kitten / cat comes with a health guarantee.
a. If the kitten / cat is returned to the Breeder within 72 hours due to health reasons documented by Buyer's vet, Breeder will replace the kitten / cat as soon as it is possible.
3. Your kitten / cat comes with a satisfaction guarantee.
a. If for ANY REASON you are not satisfied with your kitten / cat, you may return it within 7 days of the date of sale for another kitten / cat if any are available; or when one becomes available. There is never a cash refund for any reason.
b. If the kitten / cat is to be returned more than 72 hours after receipt, it will require a statement of good health from the Buyer's vet and the Breeder's vet. This health check is required within 48 hours of return. If the health check is performed by the Breeder's vet, the Buyer is responsible for any charges incurred.
